1. The Stoke September Giveaway (“Promotion”) opens at 9am ACST on 1st September and midnight 30th September 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The promoter is Escea Limited and Stoke Fireplace Studio (“Promoter”). Administration of the Promotion will take place at the Promoter’s offices or any other office as notified by the Promoter.
3. The Promotion is open to Australian residents only.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency involved with this Promotion, Escea Limited, Stoke Fireplace Studio and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. The prize for the Promotion is an Escea EP1350 Fire Table RRP $4,499 AUD (“Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner of the Prize shall be entitled to the full benefit of the end user warranty as if they had purchased the Prize.
6. To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, entrants must purchase (including paying the full deposit for) any model of Escea, MODE or Spartherm fireplace from the Promoter any time during the Promotion Period (the “Entry Criteria”).
7. Ambe Electric Fireplace purchases are excluded, and not eligible for entry into this promotion.
8. The winner will be selected and drawn at random by the Promoter on Friday 7th October 2022 and will be contacted by email or by telephone by the Promoter.
9. Entrants can enter multiple times during the Promotion Period, provided the above criteria is met for each entry.
10. In the event that an ineligible entry is selected, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within three days of the Prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and may, at its sole discretion, elect to randomly select another winner of the Prize.
11. Local delivery of the prize is covered by the Promoter. Should the winner wish to have the prize delivered to any area which is not deemed “local”, an additional delivery cost may be payable by the winner. The winner should allow up to 30 days for delivery.
12. The Prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion, including for breaching the above rules, and without giving reasons.
14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any tax or other additional costs incurred by a participant in connection with the receipt of any Prize under this Promotion, or incurred in relation to the Promotion or the Prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
16. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.
17. Entrants agree to comply with all reasonable directions of the Promoter. Entrants agree that they will not do anything that could bring the Promoter, or their products into disrepute.
18. If a winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
19. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Promotor in relation to the Promotion. These terms and conditions will take precedence over any statements or claims made during the advertising of the Promotion
20. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. If, for any reason, this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned due to a Force Majeure Event, including where such circumstance corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we may, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) disqualify any entrant who tampers or interferes with the entry process; or (b) subject to required regulatory approval, cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Competition, as appropriate.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Stoke September Giveaway (“Promotion”) opens at 9am NZST on 1st September and ends midnight 30th September 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
2. The promoter is Escea Limited and Stoke Fireplace Studio (“Promoter”). Administration of the Promotion will take place at the Promoter’s offices or any other office as notified by the Promoter.
3. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any agency involved with this Promotion, Escea Limited, Stoke Fireplace Studio and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. The prize for the Promotion is Escea EP1350 Fire Table RRP $4,495NZD (“Prize”). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner of the Prize shall be entitled to the full benefit of the end user warranty as if they had purchased the Prize.
6. To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, entrants must purchase (including paying the full deposit for) any model of Escea, MODE or Spartherm fireplace from the Promoter any time during the Promotion Period (the “Entry Criteria”).
7. Ambe Electric Fireplace purchases are excluded, and not eligible for entry into this promotion.
8. The winner will be selected and drawn at random by the Promoter on Friday 7th October 2022 and will be contacted by email or by telephone by the Promoter.
9. Entrants can enter multiple times during the Promotion Period, provided the above criteria is met for each entry.
10. In the event that an ineligible entry is selected or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within three days of the Prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and may, at its sole discretion, elect to randomly select another winner of the Prize.
11. Local delivery of the prize is covered by the Promotor. Should the winner wish to have the prize delivered to any area which is not deemed “local”, an additional delivery cost may be payable by the winner. The winner should allow up to 30 says for delivery.
12. The Prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion, including for breaching the above rules, and without giving reasons.

18. If a winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
19. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Promotor in relation to the Promotion.
