We encourage all our customers to visit the showroom with any plans and photographs they have of the space so that we can offer tailored advice on your project.

We offer full project management, including site visits for retrofits and coordinating trades and health and safety requirements. We have the biggest and most experienced team of fireplace installation specialists in Central Otago and can work around your existing build team and ensure they have all the support they need.

Even after the job is complete and you’re enjoying your new fireplace, we’re only a call away should you require any technical support. The Stoke Queenstown team are happy to answer any questions or connect you directly with the manufacturer support team if needed.
