We provide functional design support to ensure your plans can come to life. Starting with the purpose of your fire and your unique space. We can offer expert advice and knowledge around products and installation options because we know what’s possible, and what’s not – and how to achieve the even the most complex designs.

We encourage all of our clients to come into the studio so that they can fully experience the fires, along with any images and inspiration you have to help us understand the limitations and opportunities within your space.

When it comes to installation, we can do as little or as much as you like. For retrofits and replacements, we can provide end-to-end project management, with an experienced and dedicated team of tradespeople at the ready. If your installation is part of a larger project, we can also provide advice and consultation to your existing team of trades to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We have expert training across our full range of products and work closely with our brand manufacturer to ensure you get the best results. We also conduct full site visits and facilitate health and safety requirements before the project commences.

The Stoke Auckland team are on hand as a first port of call for all technical enquiries, months and even years after your project has been completed.
